Payments:
 
All orders must be either prepaid with cashiers check, money order, wire transfer, or check. Orders may be held until check, cashiers check or money order clears. COD orders accepted only with cash.
 
Credit card users:
As of yet we do not accept credit cards in order to keep prices as low as possible, but in the near future will do so to accomodate those who prefer to pay by credit card only.
 
Shipping and delivery whithin the United States:
 
Almost all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order, contingent upon availability of merchandise. In the event of delays you will be contacted by phone or mail. If the delay is due to a partial or complete backorder, you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item, or cancel the backordered items.
 
Standard shipping and handling charge is 5% of the total order up to $500, 4% for orders $500 to $1000, and 3% for orders over $1000. Minimum shipping charge is $4.95. For shipping by Federal Express, add $9.95 to the standard shipping and handling charge. Unless othewise specified, all orders are shipped UPS Groundtrac. P.O. boxes, APO destinations, and Canada are shipped Parcel Post unless otherwise specified. Shipping via DHL is available as a special request. Call for rates.
 
Items weighing over 70 pounds or exceeding standard alowable dimensions will be sent freight collect.
 
 
Pricing and availability changes:
 
Pricing and availability subject to change without notice. Manufacturer's are constantly updating their product lines with new and improved models, and eliminating some models. When prices are lowered, we will pass the savings on to you. In case of a price increase, we may have to pass the increase on to you, but will do everything in our power to keep prices as low as possible.
 
Warranties:
 
Merchandise is sold with the respective manufacturer's warranty, and a copy of the warrenty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of any defects, subject to conditions set forth.
 
Returns:
 
All returns must be accompanied by a pre-issued Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). To obtain your RMA number, you must fax or call with 1) the invoice number, 2) a list of each item you are returning, 3) reason for return. Items returned for other than defects or shipping errors are subject to 15% restocking fee. Please write the RMA number clearly on outside of carton. Freight collect or COD returns, or cartons without clearly marked RMA numbers will not be accepted. Merchandise must be received within 20 (twenty) days of issue of RMA number or your shipment may be refused. Merchandise received which is damaged due to inadequate packaging by customer, customer abuse (i.e., screwdriver holes in speaker cones), or which in our opinion appears to be old or tampered with will not be credited or exchanged
 
Refused shipments:
 
Unless otherwise determined, shipments refused by the customer will be considered to be the customer's error. Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight charges will also be billed back to the customer.
