HIGH VOLTAGE LINE DRIVER

Phoenix Gold's PLD1 high voltage line driver makes the most of your car audio system by transmitting up to an 8 Volt signal from the source unit to the rear of the car. This method of transmitting the audio signal increases dynamic capability and decreases the possibility of noise radiating into signal cables.

This line driver boosts the signal up to 20dB, allowing the next component to operate with a lower input sensitivity setting thereby achieving a higher signal to noise ratio. The PLD1 also features a 30ohm output impedance that enables it to drive long signal cables to multiple components with ease. The PLD1 maximizes sound quality further with a peak indicator that simplifies proper gain adjustment.

Manufactured with high quality parts, the PLD1 features a G10 glass epoxy circuit board and audiophile grade 1% metal film resistors. Choose either the sleek high gloss white powdered coated finish or rough textured black.

TWO THIRD OCTAVE GRAPHIC EQUALIZER/CROSSOVER

The feature packed EQ215ix is a stereo, two-thirds octave equalizer offering 15 band control with &plusmn12dB boost or cut range with a built-in 24dB per octave crossover and Pulse Width Modulated power supply.

Separate left and right control assemblies offer the adjustment capabilities necessary for maximum effectiveness of frequency control. Providing instant graphical representation of modifications, these slider controls truly simplify equalization.

You want virtually unlimited system configuration options? Well, the EQ215ix also features an electronic crossover that implements a continuously variable two-way 24dB per octave Linkwitz Riley crossover. This crossover also offer an auxiliary bandpass with output from 200 HZ to 6kHZ for a center channel or rear fill, with optional equalization. (Or, choose not to.) But the features don't end here, the EQ215ix also comes equipped with Acoustical Delay Circuitry (ADC) offering a continuously variable lowpass phase shift from 0 to 180&deg.

The EQ215ix is also equipped with circuitry for an optional LPL44 that supplies remote low pass level control. Status LED's accurately gauge separate gain levels. All of this, is contained in sleek powdered-coated finished chassis available in high gloss white or our unique textured black.
